CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

Nashville Used & New Music, the consignee will partner with you, the consignor, in order to sell your musical equipment in our store. The payout you receive shall be determined upon the price agreed upon by both parties. Any repairs necessary to get the item ready for the sales floor will be paid by the consignor (seller).

In addition the following terms shall apply:

1. The consignor (seller) agrees to leave the instrument/equipment for a minimum period of 90 days. After the 90 day period the consignor (seller) may pick up the instrument/equipment and terminate the agreement.
2. Any repairs are the responsibility of the consignor (seller) and will be deducted from the sale price.
3. Payment to the consignor (seller) will be made within 30 days of the completion of the sale.
4. If the instrument/equipment has not been sold within 180 days, the consignor (seller) will be notified. They will have a period of 14 days to pick up their gear before it becomes property of Nashville Used & New Music.
