Return Policy
- If you receive a product damaged in shipping or a defective product, please contact us via phone or at info@nashvilleusedmusic.com to start a claim. Damage and defective product claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Purchased Items must be returned within 72 hours in the same condition for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging, with all manuals, documents, accessories, etc. No broken or ripped packaging. Items must be free of any cosmetic issues, free from gig-ware and at store manager's discretion for cash back.
- In-store purchased Items can be returned within 7 days for store credit. Items must be in original packaging, with all manuals, documents, accessories, etc.

- ALL Pro Audio Gear has a 25% Re-stocking Fee. This includes microphones, mixers, Interfaces, Studio/Live Speakers, Headphones ect. Must include all cables, cords & paperwork that comes with items.
- ALL purchases $500 or more is subject to a 15% restocking and handling fee.
